Plant Steam Pressure Reducing Valve |
Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) installed in the plant steam line is stabilizing the unit operation. The PRV allows also the plant steam pressure to be manually adjusted between 3 – 8 bar if required. |
Pure Steam Valve |
The unit is equipped with a manual Pure Steam Valve (PSV) to enable simultaneous Pure Steam and distillate production. |
Three-stage separation: |
Flash evaporation (i.e. an immediate phase change), 180-degree directional change and centrifugal separation ensures removal of pyrogen and other impurities removal without the use of non-sanitary demister pads. |
Continuous gas separation: |
Separation of non-condensable gases and volatile impurities from feed water in several stages is designed to reduce the content of non-condensable gases in the distillate. |
Double tube sheet evaporator design in Column No 1: |
Prevents cross-contamination from lower purity media to higher purity media in first column (Double Tube Sheet column). |

All pressure vessels and tubing are 316L stainless steel. |
Orbital welding: |
All tubing and components are orbital welded wherever technically possible. |
